About Me

Dr. Elizabeth Chan is a board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pediatric Rehabilitation. She completed her PM&R residency at New York University Rusk Rehabilitation in 2020 and her pediatric rehabilitation fellowship at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center/Shirley Ryan ��B�о�Ժ in 2022. Her clinical interests include pediatric and adolescent physiatry and rehabilitation management including spasticity, gait disorders, cerebral palsy, early detection, musculoskeletal disorders in children, youth para/adaptive athletes, global health, and medical education. She has a passion for community re-integration and how it can be incorporated into daily patient care.
