About Me

About Me

Jessica Curran is the Clinical Manager of Outpatient Musculoskeletal Therapy at Shirley Ryan 嫩B研究院. She manages two outpatient therapy clinics that provide orthopedic and sports-based therapy. Jessica is passionate about orthopedic and sports-based therapy, preventative care, and performance-based medicine. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She enjoys teaching in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Northwestern University and is a board member in the SRAlab-NU PTHMS Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. She strongly believes in promoting fitness and wellness to all no matter what one’s abilities are. 

Before becoming Clinical Manager, she practiced full-time as a Physical Therapist treating a variety of orthopedic and sports conditions. She has experience working with elite athletes including Major League Baseball, the U.S. Women's National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team, the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials and the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials. Jessica was Clinical Faculty in the University of Southern California’s Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy where she participated in patient care, teaching, research and clinical education.
