About Me

Sarah F. McCormick, DO, is a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now Shirley Ryan ÄÛBÑо¿Ôº). Dr. McCormick's clinical interests are adult general rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. McCormick leads Shirley Ryan ÄÛBÑо¿Ôº's inpatient consult service in the western suburbs of Chicago and serves as part of the team of physicians caring for patients at the organization's Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Silver Cross Hospital. Dr. McCormick is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
