The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities promotes total access, full participation, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities of all ages. A broad range of services is provided:

– Assistance to employers including accessibility compliance

The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities' Disability Resource Division is comprised of the Information and Referral Unit and the Independent Living Program - which includes the Personal Assistance/Homemaker, Case Management, Assistive Technology, In home Daily Living Skills training and the Independent Living Orientation.
