Home health care agencies provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, such as physical (PT), occupational (OT), and speech therapy (SLP); case management; disease management including infusion therapy; psychology and social work. Many home health care agencies also offer non–medical caregiver services, such as private duty care, home care aides, live–in assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, and cooking.
