Are you interested in increasing your balance? Do you want to have better, overall control of your body and your movements? Come join our new Balance and Stability class!
The class includes an educational component and a circuit of exercises focused on balance. Such as recovering from losing your balance, working on standing balance, single leg balance and overall comfortability in your position. Any ability level is able to participate.
A free balance assessment will need to be completed before attending the first class. The assessment will last 30 minutes and will give an idea of your balance level. It will be measured again at the end of class to measure your growth.
