A safe and controlled exercise environment designed for participants who are looking to improve their joint mobility, balance, posture and functional strength to perform daily tasks with more ease.
Participants will use a combination of seated and standing exercises that address postural awareness, balance, strength, flexibility and mimic the movement of daily activities such as getting in and out of chair, pushing, pulling, bending and reaching.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and individuals who are looking to sustain their exercise program, health and wellness post-rehabilitation under the guidance of a specialized exercise physiologist
