Have you noticed that everyday activities such as carrying groceries, crossing the street, pushing revolving doors, climbing stairs, recovering your balance quickly or getting on and off the floor are becoming challenging? We're here to help! Join a fun, engaging and motivating small group training class (up to 8 people). The class includes:
- Mastering techniques that make getting on and off the floor easier, enhancing your everyday mobility
- Loaded carrying to develop strength for real-world activities like carrying groceries and lifting children and grandchildren
- Engaging in dynamic exercises to boost your balance and coordination
- Exploring and learning the proper use of upper and lower body strengthening machines
- Developing speed and power as you age to promote functional fitness

- Contact the fitness center at 312.238.5001 to schedule a new member orientation ($45) and/or free Physical Function Assessment
- Must have a completed medical form signed and approved by a physician
